東京から、日本市場へ。

Your sales team on the ground in Japan.

We find the right Japanese buyers, distributors, and partners — then meet, sell, and follow up in Japanese until deals actually close. Based in Tokyo.

Tokyo-based · Bilingual team · Working with overseas B2B companies since 2023

01The Problem

You don't need advice on Japan. You need someone selling in it.

Plenty of firms will hand you a market-entry report. Far fewer will pick up the phone in Japanese, sit across from the buyer, and chase the deal for months until it closes. That's the gap we fill.

Finding partnersWho identifies the right Japanese buyers and distributors — and opens the door in Japanese?
Winning the meetingWho sits across the table and represents you the way Japanese buyers expect?
Closing the dealWho follows up for months when they go quiet — as Japanese companies often do?
02What We Do

We find your Japanese partners — and win the business.

Find

Find the right partners

We identify and approach the Japanese buyers, distributors, and partners that fit your product — and open the conversation in Japanese.

Sell

Sell & follow up on the ground

Your representative in Japan: meetings, negotiation support, and months of Japanese-language follow-up — the way Japanese B2B actually works.

Events

Get in front of buyers fast

Trade shows, your own launch events, and side events in Tokyo — the quickest way to meet many Japanese buyers at once. More below.

Every engagement, three phases

01Reach

Strategy, target list, localized materials, and Japanese-language outreach to the right buyers, distributors, and partners.

02Meet

We represent you in the room — at meetings, booths, and events — engaging buyers and qualifying real opportunities in Japanese.

03Close

Where deals are made: months of follow-up in Japanese, meeting arrangement, negotiation support, and reporting.

03Test First

Test the market before you set up a company.

Japan just raised the minimum capital to incorporate to ¥30M — so smart companies validate demand first. We run pilots, coordinate PoCs with Japanese firms, and act as your local presence, so you prove the market before the big commitment.

Pilot & PoCWe coordinate proof-of-concept projects with Japanese companies to validate real demand.
Local presenceAct through us on the ground — no entity, no ¥30M, no 3-month bank wait.
Then scaleOnce the market is proven, we introduce trusted partners for setup, legal, and tax.
